The petition asks the court to determine that the Guardian and/or Conservator should be allowed to resign; or should be removed for good cause; or that the Guardianship and/or Conservatorship is no longer necessary and therefore should be terminated. The original petition is on file with the court.

Invitation to Bid

Commonwealth Land Trust, Inc., Boston, Massachusetts, the Awarding Authority, request bids for restoration of brick and brownstone masonry including cleaning, repointing and rebuilding; slate roof restoration including replacing loose and missing slate, installation of new copper gutter and downspout, and new step flashing at tower and chimney, at the William Smith Apartments at 42 Hammond Street in Boston, Massachusetts which is listed on the State and National Registers of Historic Places.

The project is being partially funded with a grant from the Massachusetts Preservation Projects Fund through the Massachusetts Historical Commission. All work must be performed in accordance with the documents prepared by DREAM Collaborative (31 St. James Street, Boston, MA 02116 (617)606- 7029) and Building Conservation Associates, Inc. (10 Langley Road, Newton, MA 02459, 617.916.5661) and meet the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties. State law prohibits discrimination. Awarding of this contract is subject to Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity guidelines.

Request for Qualifications for Construction Management at Risk Services Mass. State Project No. DCP2145 DCP – McCormack Building – Exterior Envelope Repair, Boston, MA

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, through its Division of Capital Asset Management & Maintenance (DCAMM), requests that qualified and experienced firms submit a Statement of Qualification and required information to be received through DCAMM’s E-Bid Room at www.bidexpress.com/ businesses/10279/home no later than 2:00 PM, December 8, 2021.

Firms interested in providing Public Construction Manager at Risk Services (“CM” or “CM at Risk”) for the DCP – McCormack Building – Exterior Envelope Repair, Boston, MA, are invited to submit a Statement of Qualifications (“SOQ”) to the Division of Capital Asset Management & Maintenance (“DCAMM”). This CM at Risk procurement is conducted pursuant to M.G.L. 149A, contained in Chapter 193 of the Acts of 2004. This Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) is the first phase of a two-phase procurement process as set forth in M.G.L. 149A. DCAMM is prequalifying firms interested in providing public CM at Risk services for the project through the RFQ process.

DCAMM will evaluate submitted SOQs based upon the identified evaluation criteria as set forth in the RFQ and will select those respondents it deems qualified. Only those respondents deemed qualified will be invited to submit a proposal in response to a detailed Request for Proposals (“RFP”), which will be issued in the second phase of the procurement process. The project delivery method for construction will be public CM at Risk with a Guaranteed Maximum Price (“GMP”) under M.G.L. 149A.

In addition, firms interested in being prequalified must demonstrate that they have had prior experience as a Construction Manager on at least three CM-at-Risk projects and have completed at least one project of a similar cost, complexity, type and size as this project as it is described further below and in the RFQ. The prior CM-at-Risk projects must have been completed within the last ten (10) years.

At the time a CM firm submits the Qualifications Statement, it must have a DCAMM Certification in the Contractor Category, “General Building Construction”, with a single limit greater than the Estimated Total Project cost of $5,400,000. This Project is for the repairs of the exterior envelope of a 22-story building. The scope of work includes sealant replacement and flashing of the pre-cast concrete and curtain wall façade, 8th floor IGU replacement, roof & drain replacement at the 22nd floor inset roof and elevator lobby, and repairs of the plaza waterproofing and concrete.

BROOKE CHARTER SCHOOL Roof Replacement and Associated Repairs at the Brooke Charter School Roslindale, MA BID ADVERTISEMENT

The Brooke Charter School, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from DCAMM Certified Bidders for the Brooke Charter School Roof Replacement and Associated Repairs Project, in accordance with the documents prepared by CSS Architects from Wakefield, Massachusetts.

The project consists of: Roof replacement (31,000sf, PVC) and associated masonry, flashing, MEP work at the Brooke Charter School, 190 Cummins Highway, Roslindale, MA 02131.

The total construction work is estimated to cost $1.200,000.

Bids are subject to M.G.L. c. 149 44A-J and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c. 149 26 to 27H inclusive.

The Boston Redevelopment Authority, d/b/a Boston Planning & Development Agency (the “BPDA”), by its Chief Procurement Officer (“CPO”), is issuing this Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) with respect to South Boston Transportation Action Plan (hereinafter, the “Transportation Action Plan”), for consulting services to assist in the production of the Transportation Action Plan.
