To the named Respondent and all other interested persons, a petition has been filed by Brigham and Women’s Hospital of Boston, MA in the above captioned matter requesting that the court: Expand the powers of a Guardian of the Respondent.

The petition asks the court to make a determination that the powers of a Guardian and/or Conservator should be expanded, modified, or limited since the time of the appointment. The original petition is on file with the court.

NOTICE TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES 1. Hearing Date/Time: A hearing on a Petition for Appointment of Guardian of a Minor filed on 11/09/2017 by Tara Tavares of Norwood, MA will be held 07/11/2019 08:30 AM Review Hearing Located at 24 New Chardon Street, 3rd floor, Boston, MA 02114 – Probation Department.

2. Response to Petition: You may respond by filing a written response to the Petition or by appearing in person at the hearing. If you choose to file a written response, you need to:

File the original with the Court; and Mail a copy to all interested parties at least five (5) business days before the hearing.

3. Counsel for the Minor: The minor (or an adult on behalf of the minor) has the right to request that counsel be appointed for the minor.
