REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES

The Brookline Housing Authority is soliciting proposals for the professional services of an engineer(s) for upgrading the fire alarm system at one of its elderly housing developments in Brookline, Massachusetts:

Sussman Apartments located at 50 Pleasant Street, Brookline, MA

Professional services will include design, cost estimating, preparation of bidding/contract documents, assistance in bidding, and contract administration oversight. The total construction budget for this project is $165,000.

Electronic bidding through BidDocsOnline.com is planned.

Proposals must be received by 4:30 PM, October 17, 2018. A briefing session and site visit is scheduled for October 3, 2018 at 10:30 AM at 50 Pleasant Street, Brookline. Attendance is not mandatory.
