SOLICITATION FOR CONSULTANT SERVICES

MBTA CONTRACT NO. V30PS04

The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) is soliciting consulting services that will support the MBTA’s Red Line No. 3 Car Reliability Project. Specifically, the MBTA seeks firms or consulting teams with the following expertise: Program Management, Engineering Services, Quality Assurance, Program Planning and General Administration Service. The estimated total budget for this program will be provided during the negotiation process, after the receipt of the proposals. The Authority estimates a four (4) years contract for this project.

This contract will utilize Federal and State Funds. The DBE Participation Goal is ten-percent (10.0%).
