PARCEL 1 - 65 Sideroad 20 South, Lot 41 Concession 1 Huron-Kinloss 95 acres more or less with 85 acres workable more  or  less. The house and 4 acres more or less will be severed and retained by the sellers from the 100-acre property on the  closing date. 

PARCEL 2 - Part Lot 42, Concession 1 Road 86 Huron-Kinloss 50 Acres more or less with 45 acres workable more or less.  The two parcels are to be tendered separately.
