LEO’S BUILDING SUPPLIES LTD. 

NOTICE is hereby given that the bankruptcy of Leo’s Building Supplies Ltd. occurred on the 4th of April 2024 and the First  Meeting of Creditors will be held on the 23rd day of April 2024 at 10:00 A.M.(MST). Call-in details can be obtained upon  request made to the Trustee's office. 

To be eligible to vote at that meeting, the creditors must file Proofs of Claim with MNP Ltd., prior to the meeting. (Where  necessary, proxies should be completed.) 

Claims against the estate must be filed with the Trustee in the prescribed form before distribution is made; otherwise, the  proceeds of the estate will be distributed among the parties entitled thereto without regard to such claim.
