On March 25, 2024, Zeifman Partners Inc. was appointed as Trustee in Bankruptcy ("Trustee") of Oragin Foods Inc. (the  "Debtor"), by Order of the Honourable Justice Wilton-Siegel of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice in Bankruptcy and  Insolvency (the "Court Order"). The Debtor operated from its head office located at 579 Kerr Street, Oakville, ON. 

The first meeting of the Creditors will be held on April 8th, 2024, at 11:00 AM at 201 Bridgeland Avenue, Toronto, ON, M6A  1Y7. Creditors must lodge a proof of claim and, where necessary, a proxy with the Trustee prior to the meeting.
