LOT 9: "Split" is a Heel/Head horse. This good-looking gelding was raised on the legendary Babbitt Ranch in northern Arizona. He is just over 15 hands tall and weighs 1275 lbs. This stout 7-year-old gelding is quick footed, well broke, and works off of his hind end. He has been used extensively on the ranch, gathering, sorting and working cattle. For the past year, he has been in rope horse training with Jordan Olson and has become accustom to winning at the Arizona jackpots. Split has top level speed, can read a steer, has a great stop, and is strong from the horn. He's the horse for those ropers wanting to improve their horsepower.
