Crossroads Transitional Living Program (CTLP) is a faith-based, nonprofit organization created to provide support and empowerment to females between 18-26 years of age who have aged out of foster care in their transition to independence. CTLP provides safe and supervised housing, life skills training including daily living skills, self care, relationship and communication skills and money management. The program also assists residents in completing high school and vocational and secondary education in order to obtain employment with the goal of living independently. The annual business women’s expo is planned with the vision of women helping other women and it is an opportunity for female business owners to network and gain exposure for their businesses.
