This
Louisiana native headed for Nashville with a dream in mind, and he’s
chasing it, reaching it, and becoming a major force in the country music
business. Dylan spent his early days hanging around with his dad, a
professional backup guitarist to national touring acts, and recently
scored a number one hit on Billboard’s Country Airplay albums chart and
reached 500,000 sales with “My Girl.” Through working with longtime
Nashville star and producer Jim Ed Norman, Dylan works within the past
while bringing the future of contemporary music-making into the present.
His band is a lean, mean four-piece group, including his brother Logan
Scott on lead guitar, along with other brothers Garrett and Darrick
Cline on bass and drums, as Dylan hangs as the lead vocalist and
occasional rhythm guitarist. From the backing of Curb Records and his
current traction on radio and sales combined with a dynamic live show
featuring classic country, contemporary hip-hop and Scott’s hits,
there’s little doubt this young man’s star is rising fast.
