A day of athletic events, drumming, solo piping and highland dancing competition rooted deep in 11th century Celtic tradition awaits attendees of the 20th Annual Springfield Highland Games and Celtic Festival, on Saturday, May 16. Other festival highlights include live music by Exorna, Four Leaf Rovers and The Whiskey Picts, plus vendors, food, children’s activities, animals and more. Admission to the games can be gained at just $10 for ages 13 or up and $5 for ages 6-12. Children under 5 are free.
