CHILDREN’S CORNER | Presenting polite pirates Pirate School is an interactive variety show for children ages 4 and up. Created by New York City-based comedian and actor, David Engel, the show utilizes everyone’s favorite “briny buccaneers of yore” as a vehicle for teaching children good manners and societal courage. Pirate School features a cartoon-like soundtrack, friendly competition between audience members, lessons on how to sing, talk and laugh like a pirate, puppetry, props, slapstick swordplay, a talking skull and the world’s only wearable pirate ship. This fun, family event will be at the Legacy Theatre for two days only. Tickets are available in advance online at http://atthelegacy.com for $15 per person or at the door for $20. A lap pass for children ages 3 and under will be available for purchase at the door for $5. See also
