Taste of Downtown is calling your taste buds to come on out and play. Eat some spectacular food such as Kimchi pork tacos, maple bacon on a stick or fried oyster po’ boys, cooked up from some of the best local restaurants in town, while listening to some amazing music. Downtown Springfield, Inc. once again brings Springfield a festival-of-a-good-time. Your admission includes four food and beverage tickets. You must have a wristband to purchase food and drinks so make sure to get one. Food and drink tickets are available at the booth at Fifth and Washington. In advance, grab some special discounts through Eventbrite at downtownspringfield.org. Also on the DSI website are details of music acts that are performing during the two days. Headliners are The Giving Tree Band on Friday night and Jonathan Edwards on Saturday night, preceded and followed by lots of great local talent.
