Folks say Dan Sparks “takes great care of his tables.” Sparks’ honesty with people and his desire not to “lie to tables,” helps make him a hit. They may or may not know that he has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in business. He could work anywhere, but he loves working at Friday’s. He’s done so for 9 1/2 years.
