Walk into a Christmas wonderland of trees, wreaths and centerpieces decorated in their holiday best by local designers and school students. Eat up the sights of the gingerbread village and take a spin on the Candy Cane Express train. Purchase gifts for your family and friends at the Holiday Market and youngsters can create their own holiday pot holder, elf hat and more. Two important listings are Senior Day on Tuesday, Nov. 24, when seniors enter for only $2, and Thanksgiving Day, when the festival’s doors open from 4-8 p.m.
