Citizens National Bank Announcements Tommy Honea has been promoted to senior vice president of loan review at Citizens National Bank. During his 36-year banking career, he has worked as a state and federal bank examiner in Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas and Missouri, and then worked as a bank consultant serving community banks throughout the state of Texas.

Before joining the CNB family in 2016, Honea most recently served as a senior loan review officer with Zions Bancorporation in Houston, Texas. He is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University.

Dawn Bastarache has been named the executive vice president / chief operations officer of CNB. She has 27 years of banking experience with a background in strategic planning, digital delivery, product and risk management, among many other areas of expertise.

Dawn participates in Habitat for Humanity and has served on

good investment of United Way campaign dollars.

Cindy Aubrey has been promoted to vice president of bank marketing and sales. She has been in bank marketing at CNB for nine years and is a 2015 graduate of the American Bankers Association of Marketing and Management.

Aubrey is from the Shreveport Bossier area and received a Bachelor of Science in dental hygiene from Northeast Louisiana University. Cindy serves on the board of the Shreveport Regional Arts Council and The Renesting Project in Bossier City.

Kyle Friar has been promoted to vice president of the customer care center department. He joined the CNB family in 2018 as a loan review analyst and later that year moved to head the Citizen’s Customer Care Center (C4).

Friar graduated in psychology from LBU in 2012. He started his banking career in 2015 and was recognized Banker of the Year in 2016.

Ark-La-Tex Ear Nose & Throat and Hearing Center

Mallory Stovall, AuD, audiologist, has joined Ark-La-Tex Ear, Nose & Throat and Hearing Center in Shreveport. The practice includes Michael J. Beal, MD; Brett A. Koder, MD; and Andrea Dean, AuD.

Dr. Stovall earned her doctorate in audiology at Louisiana Tech University in Ruston after completing a bachelor’s degree in speech-language pathology at the same university.

Audiology services provided by the audiologists include hearing Stovall evaluations for patients of all ages, hearing aid services, auditory brain stem response testing and

videonystagmography for the evaluation of dizziness and vertigo.

Ark-La-Tex Ear, Nose & Throat Hearing Center is located at 7847 Youree Drive, where the physicians offer the full range of medical services in addition to audiology. All providers welcome new patients and accept most insurance plans.

Wright Directions Acquired by Seaside Healthcare Wright Directions Family Services, a South Carolina based organization providing counseling, medical and skill-building services to youth and families, has become part of Seaside Healthcare, a behavioral health-care service corporation headquartered in Shreveport. The four South Carolina locations of Wright Directions join the growing Seaside Healthcare family of behavioral health and substance use programs serving communities across Louisiana, North Carolina, Georgia and Texas.

JaWanda McNair, former quality assurance manager of Wright Directions, will continue in her leadership role with the company, McNair which began operation in 2011. She will now serve as chief executive officer for Wright Directions as it becomes part of the Seaside Healthcare family.

McNair’s career in Behavioral Health spans 20 years, including providing therapy services for children and families and being part of several successful start-ups of private mental health agencies. She is a graduate of North Carolina State University.

Their broad range of services are mental health assessment and diagnostic evaluations, case management, counseling, crisis intervention services, behavior modification services, family support programs, psycho-social rehabilitation, school-based services, summer camp programs, and a variety of community-based services for at-risk children and families.
