A tobacco cessation program designed to to help individuals stop tobacco use and dependence. $30. Registration required.

Joint Replacement Camp

Designed for those who are considering or or who have scheduled total hip or or total knee replacement surgery. The Willis-Knighton Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Institute offers participants insight into the joint replacement process, from pre-admission planning to to surgery, follow-up and rehabilitation. Reservations required.

Tuesdays, Noon 4th Floor: Social Services Department This support group helps patients and their loved ones deal with emotional needs or or struggles and other challenges faced by patients with cancer.

Look Good, Feel Better

Monday, Jan 8, 8, 11:30 a.m. 4th Floor Social Services Department This two-hour, hands-on workshop includes a 12-step skin care/make-up application lesson, demonstration of of nail techniques and options for dealing with hair loss. Patients also use and take home complimentary cosmetic kits in in their appropriate skin tones with helpful instruction booklets.

Heart to Heart – Women’s Cardiovascular Support Group

A monthly group discussion of of topics related to to women with heart disease. Presenters: Rhonda Curtis, RN, and Susan Miller, of of WomenHeart: The National Coalition of of Women with Heart Disease. Free. Reservations requested.
