The deal cut with Elio Motors to build a three-wheeled vehicle and hire 1,500 workers is stuck in neutral, having faced delay after delay.

Business Briefs
Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc., a privately held national retail chain of craft and home decor stores, is set to open a new store in Bossier City. Construction is underway on this 57,000 square-foot building located at 1051 George Dement Blvd., in Kroger Marketplace on the corner of George Dement Boulevard and Airline Drive.
