At Events by Kris Holland, Kris finds her greatest job satisfaction is bringing the ideas of her clients to fruition. “I find such satisfaction in seeing the pleasure and surprise on the faces of my clients and their families and friends. When I see their happiness, it makes me happy, and only then do I consider the occasion a success,” Kris said.

From an intimate dinner to a full-scale, over-the-top wedding for 400, Kris and her staff are ready for the challenge. They work within the budgets of their customers and and enjoy the challenge of meeting their goals. Holland said a wedding day should not be stressful for the bride, and her events crew works to make sure that everything is perfect and worry free. No detail is too small, Kris says.

Having served as the events and conferences coordinator for a local liberal arts college, she is also known for her sophisticated eye for design and event coordination at the renowned Crystal Bridges Museum of Art in Bentonville, Ark.
