Festive fund-raiser

On March 4, the Bossier Arts Council hosted their annual martini-themed fund-raiser, Artini at 601 Spring St. in downtown Shreveport. More than a dozen local bars and restaurants were on hand serving custom martini cocktails in competition for the best libation of the evening. Participants included Flying Heart Brewery, Tejas Kitchen, Twisted Root, Smashburger, and Remington Suite Hotel. DJ Jim Jazereck provided entertainment and special art pieces were on display by street artist J. Ben Moss. Proceeds directly benefit the Bossier Arts Council’s programs.
