Krewe of Centaur Grand Bal XXVI

More than 1,200 people celebrated the Mighty Krewe of Centaur’s 26th Grand Bal, hosted at the Shreveport Convention Center. Captain Susan Shoffner reigned over the presentation of royalty, which included Duke and Duchess of Fun, Jerry Kaczmarek and Gladys Chokye; Duke and Duchess of Frolic, Tim Huck and Maria Kovacs; Duchess of Food, Theresa Miller; and Duke and Duchess of Fantasy, Cathy and Bob Zahn. The Centaur Parade rolled down the streets of Shreveport with 750 riders on 40 floats with more than 2 million throws given out the the many thousands of people who attended the parade.
