 Lights, glitter and glam
ruled the night as the Shreveport Bar Association’s Krewe of Justinian
celebrated their twenty-third year at the Grand Bal in Horseshoe’s
Riverdome. The festivities, elegant and opulent, were topped only by the
gorgeous fashions that sashayed across the red carpet. With a hearty
toast raised to the XXIII Royalty, the gala event was a show-stopping
