Against good ol’ boy clubs and lower wages than men, to thrive in the workplace and grow is quite an accomplishment. Women work harder and smarter as too many are responsible for most of the home, mom and family duties as well as maintaining a career. It takes lots of juggling and these ladies are masters at it. Owning a business or finding the career niche that works best for them is a life achievement in and of itself.

Supporting other women is no small part of their success. Realizing long ago that their road will be tougher, they find strength in numbers and networking. With changing lifestyles and a fasterpaced world, adaptation is something women do best.
