Editor’s Note
On a rainy Sunday morning, the team gathered at Vicky’s School of Dance in Bossier City to shoot our April cover for the Susan G. Komen “Dancing for the Cure” event. This event is similar to the ABC show “Dancing with the Stars,” where local media stars compete against each other with different dance routines.

Muddling Through
When I first started writing for CityLife a little more than three years ago, I was asked to carefully consider what I’d like to name my monthly column. TalkIng Caulk
Not too long ago, I noticed the caulk in our bathrooms was starting to look dingy and was in need of a touch-up. I had no idea where to start, however, and after a quick search on Google, “how to re-caulk the tub,” I was left even more confused than before.

Hello, AgAin
With all of the snow, ice and rain we have experienced recently, the warm friendly atmosphere at Mandina’s Grill seemed like the perfect way to brighten yet another dismally grey afternoon. Everyone walking in the door is cheerfully greeted, often with handshakes and hugs.

Facelift in a Bottle
The face, shaped like an inverted triangle at 20, loses fat, muscle and collagen. Fat pads immediately under the skin, which fit together like a jigsaw puzzle at age 20, begin to look like they have been stuck in a dryer and shrunk. Muscles become thinner and even cheek and jawbones lose diameter.
