Miss Heart of Pilot shows up in style at Sevendipity Cafe

Miss Heart of Pilot, Chelsi Hefner, shows some style at Sevendipity Cafe, located at 3030 Creswell Avenue in Shreveport. Hefner will compete in the Miss Louisiana pageant June 26 at the Monroe Civic Center in Monroe. Hefner works with the Miss America Organization and is an advocate for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.
