The Bossier Arts Council is dedicated to promoting, supporting, and providing cultural events and programming in order to enhance the quality of life and to develop a cultural identify for Bossier Parish. A huge part of that commitment is enhancing our programming through educational activities. Robin Jones has served as the Education Coordinator for over a year and in that short time has more than doubled funding and programming for our youth. With over ten years of experience in both education and the arts and armed with a passion for her community she has helped cultivate worthwhile activities for students of all ages.

Through the Budding Artist Association (BAC’s Jr. Arts Council) she has provided leadership training to over 30 High School students. In addition this year she launched Project Art Supplies which collects funds and art supplies to distribute to Bossier Parish Schools. In addition she is always available to assist our students, teachers, and community with anything Arts and Education related.
