Sharon Rinchuso Vines, manager and co-owner of Rinchuso’s Plumbing and Heating Inc., is part of a 34-year family tradition of quality service and professional expertise. Along with her siblings and mother, she carries out the legacy that her father, Leon Rinchuso, started in 1980 by preserving her father’s mission of presenting customers with the best possible service available in maintenance, installation and inspection of plumbing around the Ark-La-Tex.

Rinchuso’s does service repairs, new construction, remodeling, installation of tank and tankless water heaters, disposals, and dishwashers for commercial and residential within a 100 mile radius of Shreveport-Bossier.

Rinchuso’s Plumbing and Heating Inc. was voted the 2009 and 2010 Best Plumbing Company Award by The Shreveport Times and the 2012 and 2013 SB Magazine Plumber of the Year. They have 35 employees, including Vines’ niece and nephew - extending their trademark vision of putting family first.

Vines’ most important advice to other women in business is to learn how to delegate and prioritize. “My first priorities in life are serving God and loving my family,” Vines said.
