Notice of Tax Takings for Past-Due Water and Sewer Charges
TO THE OWNERS OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF BOSTON AND TO ALL OTHERS CONCERNED:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED, that on the 25th day of September, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. at the office of the Chief Financial Officer of the Boston Water and Sewer Commission, Third Floor, 980 Harrison Avenue, Boston, MA 02119, pursuant to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40N Section 9(d), accepted by the Boston Water and Sewer Commission on March 16, 1993, incorporating Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 60, Section 53, it is the intention of the Boston Water and Sewer Commission acting through its Chief Financial Officer to take for the Boston Water and Sewer Commission certain parcels of real property for non-payment of water and sewer charges due thereon, with delinquency charges associated with said water and sewer charges, and all incidental expenses and costs to the date of taking, unless the same shall have been paid before that date.
