SOUTHWESTERLY - by Lot 25 as shown on said plan, sixty-eight and 20/100 (68.20) feet, thence turning and running

NORTHWESTERLY - by Savannah Avenue, seventy-two and 64/100 (72.64) feet, and

NORTHERLY - by a curving line forming the junction of said Savannah Avenue and Messinger Street, nineteen and 05/100 (19 .05) feet to the point of beginning.

All of said boundaries are determined by the Court to be located as shown upon plans No. 25688-A, filed with Certificate of Title No. 60031, the same being compiled from a plan drawn by Harry R. Feldmen, Engineer, dated February 4, 1955, and September 22, 1955, and additional data on file in Land Registration office, all as modified and approved by the Court, and shown thereon as Lot 26.

setting forth that she desire that all of the following described part of said land may be sold at private sale for not less than $450,000 praying that the partition may be made of all the land aforesaid according to the law and to that end that a commissioner be appointed to make such partition and be ordered to make sale and conveyance of all, or any part of said land which the court finds cannot be advantageously divided either at private sale or public auction and be ordered to distribute the net proceeds thereof.

THE COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS MASSACHUSETTS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION – HIGHWAY DIVISION NOTICE OF A VIRTUAL DESIGN PUBLIC HEARING

Project Description: Newton – Bridge Replacement, Br# N-12-040, Boylston Street over Green Line D

Project File No. 612182

A Virtual Design Public Hearing will be hosted on the MassDOT website below to present the design for the proposed project in Newton, MA.

WHEN: 6:30 PM, Tuesday, April 14, 2026

PURPOSE: The purpose of this hearing is to provide the public with the opportunity to become fully acquainted with the proposed project. All views and comments submitted in response to the hearing will be reviewed and considered to the maximum extent possible.

PROPOSAL: The proposed project consists of replacing the bridge on Boylston Street over the Green Line D. The preliminary design indicates that the overall bridge width will remain approximately the same as the existing bridge. Pedestrian accommodations of 8 feet sidewalks are provided in each direction of travel. The project will relocate the existing utilities located on the sidewalks of the existing bridge to provide more space for pedestrians.

A secure right-of-way is necessary for this project. Acquisitions in fee and permanent or temporary easements may be required. The Commonwealth of Massachusetts is responsible for acquiring all needed rights in private or public lands. MassDOT’s policy concerning land acquisitions will be presented in the hearing.

LEGAL NOTICE REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

The MASSACHUSETTS PORT AUTHORITY (Authority) is soliciting consulting services for MPA CONTRACT NO. L1805, REHABILITATE RUNWAY 4L-22R, BOSTON LOGAN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, EAST BOSTON, MA. The Authority is seeking qualified multidiscipline consulting firm or team, with proven experience to provide professional services including planning, design, and construction including resident inspection services relative to the mill and inlay and electrical improvements of Runway 4L-22R. The Consultant must be able to work closely with the Authority and other interested parties in order to provide such services in a timely and effective manner.

The Consultant shall demonstrate experience in several disciplines including but not limited to Civil, Pavement Design, Airfield Electrical, Cost Estimating, Airfield Construction Phasing, Resident Inspection, Climate Resiliency, and Sustainable Design.

The contract will be work order based, and the Consultant’s fee for the work order shall be negotiated; however, the total fee for the contract shall not exceed TWO MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($2,500,000)
