The Brookline Housing Authority (BHA), Brookline, Massachusetts (the Authority) invites response to provide Unit Inspection Services at Brookline Housing Authority properties, in Brookline, MA in accordance with the documents as written by the Brookline Housing Authority.
The BHA is inviting qualified firms to submit bid to provide inspection services at BHA properties.

Electrical Repair Services at Brookline Housing Authority Properties
Three-year base with two additional one-year terms optional
The
Brookline Housing Authority (BHA), Brookline, Massachusetts (the
Authority) invites response to provide Electrical Repair Services at
Brookline Housing Authority properties, in Brookline, MA in accordance
with the documents as written by the Brookline Housing Authority.
The
BHA is inviting qualified electrical firms to submit rate sheets to
provide sporadic electrical repair services at BHA properties. The BHA
frequently employs outside electrical contractors to provide repair
services and minor projects at its properties. Typical small projects
involve repairing broken circuits, adding electrical devices, or
miscellaneous troubleshooting of electrical issues at their sites.
All wages are subject to Massachusetts prevailing wage rates.
