has been begun against you in our Superior Court by Elaine M. Wallace
(“Plaintiff’’), wherein she is seeking compensation for extensive
property damage, displacement, monetary loss, and emotional hardship
stemming from a catastrophic fire that erupted on or about June 5th,
2024, at your residence in this civil action.
We

or within such further time as the law allows, you do cause your written
