The Plaintiff has filed a Complaint for Divorce requesting that the Court grant a divorce for irretrievable breakdown, allow plaintiff to resume the former name of Fronnie Watkins, prohibit defendant from imposing any restraint on plaintiff’s personal liberty, enter such orders/judgments as the court deems just and proper, including a division of assets and debts.

The Complaint is on file at the Court.

An Automatic Restraining Order has been entered in this matter preventing you from taking any action which would negatively impact the current financial status of either party. SEE Supplemental Probate Court Rule 411.

Wallace (“Plaintiff’’), wherein she is seeking compensation for extensive property damage, displacement, monetary loss, and emotional hardship stemming from a catastrophic fire that erupted on or about June 5th, 2024, at your residence in this civil action.

We COMMAND YOU if you intend to make any defense, that on March 9, 2026, or within such further time as the law allows, you do cause your written pleading to be filed in the office of the Suffolk County Superior Court, Clerk of Court at Three Pemberton Square, Boston, Massachusetts 02108, with a copy to McKenzie & Associates, P.C., 183 State Street, Boston, MA 02109 and further that you defend against suit according to law if you intend any defense, and that you do and receive what the Court shall order and adjudge therein.
