The City of Cambridge (“the City”) is seeking proposals from a consultant team or individual consultant (“Consultant”) to conduct a nexus study documenting the impacts of non-residential development on (a) the demand for and cost of creating housing for low -, moderate-, and middle-income households and on (b) employment opportunities for Cambridge residents in order to determine whether there should be changes to the City’s Incentive Zoning Ordinance.

LEGAL NOTICE REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

The MASSACHUSETTS PORT AUTHORITY (Authority) is soliciting consulting services for MPA CONTRACT NO. A492 Program Controls and Support Services House Doctor at All MPA Facilities. The Authority is seeking three (3) qualified multidiscipline consulting firms or teams, with proven experience, to provide professional services in support of the Project Controls unit of the Capital Programs Department, on an on-call, as needed basis. The Consultant must be able to work closely with the Authority and other interested parties in order to provide such services in a timely and effective manner.

The Authority expects to select three (3) consultants. However, the Authority reserves the right to select a different number if it is deemed in its best interest to do so. Each consultant shall be issued a contract in an amount not to exceed THREE MILLION DOLLARS ($3,000,000.00). The services shall be authorized on a work order basis.

The Consultant shall specify in its cover letter that it has the ability to obtain requisite insurance coverage.
