This project is scheduled for 266 calendar days to substantial completion. Scope: Renovation of the existing State House Coal Pocket Data Center mechanical system, with new fan coil units fed from existing data center chiller system, with modifications to piping of the existing system. The data center and associated mechanical room are approximately 3200 SF.
