The MASSACHUSETTS PORT AUTHORITY (Massport) is soliciting Energy Management Services for MPA PROJECT NO. A466-CX: Logan South Cargo Solar Design-Build – Logan International Airport East Boston, MA (the project). In accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 25A, Section C, Massport is seeking a highly qualified and competent Energy Management Services, General Contracting, or Electrical Entity (EMS Entity or Contractor) to provide design, preconstruction, construction, and post-construction services and implement the construction of the Project in accordance with an agreement. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is being utilized to award an EMS Entity a contract.
The scope of work includes all preconstruction, design, permitting, construction, coordination, commissioning, maintenance and other services as requested and outlined in the RFP for 5 cargo and one office building roof mounted solar photovoltaic & associated systems totaling an estimated 1.6- 1.8 MW DC, an electrical substation, one roof replacement, and one battery storage system at Logan International Airport in East Boston, MA.
