The Falmouth Housing Authority (FHA) is seeking qualified contractors to submit proposals for the removal of existing thermostats and installation of new, user-friendly smart thermostats at Harborview, Tataket and Rose Morin Apartments (222 units), including applicable common areas and the administrative office(s). This federally funded project requires compliance with prevailing wage rates, federal and state building codes, and environmental regulations. The smart thermostats must be easy to use, with large, clear temperature displays suitable for elderly, disabled, and family tenants. Electrical work is expected to be necessary.

Proposal Deadline: October 1, 2024, at 1:00 PM

Contract Term: November 1, 2024 – December 31, 2024
