Hundreds of attendees joined Colette Phillips at the JFK Library March 26 to celebrate the 16th birthday of Get Konnected! The evening also focused on the importance of diversity, equity and inclusion in corporate America and beyond. A panel discussion on DEI today was moderated by GBH television and World Channel General Manager Liz Cheng.

Honorees of the celebration included Ed Kane, owner of Big Night entertainment group, Sam Kennedy, president & CEO of the Boston Red Sox, and Josh Kraft, president of New England Patriots Foundation.

Harvard Kennedy School’s Ira Jackson was introduced as the first inductee to the Get Konnected! DEI Hall of Fame.

Get Konnected! is Boston’s cross-cultural and inclusive business networking event series. The company is also the creator of a series of specialized lists that celebrate, document and showcase the contributions of people of color.
