Impressed Current Cathodic System Preventive Maintenance & Monitoring Contract, McCormack State Office Building, Boston, MA

E.C.C: $58,668

This project is scheduled for 1,825 days to substantial completion, with three one-year option terms. Scope: Provide a Monitoring and Preventive Maintenance Service Contract to include testing, inspection, preventive maintenance, repairs, remote services, requested emergency services and incidental extra services for the Impressed Current Cathodic System.

Minimum rates of wages to be paid on the project have been determined by the Commissioner of the Department of Labor Standards. These rates are incorporated into the bid documents.
