3. Counsel for the Minor: The minor (or an adult on behalf of the minor) has the right to request that counsel be appointed for the minor.

4. Counsel for Parents: If you are a parent of the minor child who is the subject of this proceeding you have a right to be represented by an attorney. If you want an attorney and cannot afford to pay for one and if you give proof that you are indigent, an attorney will be assigned to you. LEGAL NOTICE REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

The MASSACHUSETTS PORT AUTHORITY (Authority) is soliciting consulting services for MPA CONTRACT NO. L1711, WOBURN LOGAN EXPRESS SITE IMPROVEMENTS, WOBURN, MASSACHUSETTS. The Authority is seeking qualified multidiscipline consulting firms or teams, with proven experience to provide licensed site professional and professional engineering services for planning, design, and construction, including resident inspection for pavement rehabilitation and miscellaneous repairs for civil components of the facility. The Consultant must be able to work closely with the Authority and other interested parties in order to provide such services in a timely and effective manner.

The consultant shall demonstrate experience in several disciplines including but not limited to Civil Design using Civil 3D/CIM, Drainage, Environmental Permitting, Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) site construction experience, Site Electrical Engineering, Construction Phasing, Pavement Design and Testing, Cost Estimating, Topographical Survey, LEAN Practices, and Sustainable Design.

The contract will be work order based, and Consultant’s fee for each work order shall be negotiated; however, the total fee for each contract shall not exceed ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($1,500,000).
