To all other persons interested In Regard to a parcel of land located at 6 Weld Avenue, Boston, MA. In said County of Suffolk

A Petition has been presented to said Court by Norener Kelley of 6125 Whitestone Road Jackson, MS and Leashure Kelley Akins of 12 Sterling Sq. #256, South Boston, MA representing that all petitioners hold as co-tenants in common with divided part or share of land of 6 Weld Avenue, Boston, Massachusetts, in said County Suffolk and briefly described as follows:

A certain parcel of land situated in that part of Boston, formerly West Roxbury and comprising Lot 28 and a strip of land 8 feet wide on the Northeast side of Lot 27 on a Plan of Land of George D. Cox by T.B. Moses, Surveyor, dated September 30, 1869, recorded with Norfolk Deeds at end of Book 385, said parcel being bounded and described as follows:

Northwesterly By Weld Avenue, 51 feet; Northeasterly By Lot 29 as shown on said plan, 70 feet; Southeasterly By Land of owners unknown, 51 feet; and Southwesterly By a line running parallel to and distant 35 feet Northeast from the Southwest bound of said Lot 27, 70 feet.

Containing 3,570 square feet of land.

setting forth that the following described part — of said land may be sold at private sale for not less than $750,000.00 dollars.

and praying that partition may be made of all the land aforesaid according to law, and to that end that a commissioner be appointed to make such a partition and be ordered to make sale and conveyance of all, or any part of said and which the Court finds cannot be advantageously divided either at private sale or public auction, and be ordered to distribute the net proceeds thereof

If you desire to object thereto you or your attorney should file a written appearance in said Court at Boston before ten o’clock in the forenoon-on the 27th day of April of 2023, the return day of this citation.
