NOTICE TO LANDSCAPE SERVICE CONTRACTORS

In accordance with M.G.L. c. 30B, as may be amended, the Boston Redevelopment Authority (“BRA”) d/b/a Boston Planning & Development Agency, by its Chief Procurement Officer, is issuing an Invitation for Bid (“IFB”) for Landscape Services at the Charlestown Navy Yard. The awarded contract will be for a term of two (2) years (the initial contract term), with three (3) one (1) year extension options that may be exercised at the sole discretion of the BRA. In the event the BRA exercises all three (3) options, the contract term shall be five (5) years.

TIME AND PLACE FOR FILING BIDS: All bids shall be filed with the BRA at One City Hall Square, 9th floor, Boston, MA, 02201 before 12:00 P.M. (Noon) on March 31, 2020, at which time and place respective bids will be opened forthwith and read aloud. No responses will be accepted after the due date and time. The award of this contract is subject to the approval of the BRA Board, and is contingent on the availability of funds.

IFB PACKAGE: The IFB, including site maps and requirements for this project, will be available to all interested bidders on March 9, 2020, 9:00 A.M. The IFB will be available in digital and print form. A pre-bid conference will not be held. If bidders wish to schedule site access and visit the Charlestown Navy Yard prior to submitting a bid, please send an email no later than March 16, 2020 by 5:00 PM to: the BRA Procurement Office [email protected].
