The Dominican Festival parade made its way from Hyde Square in Jamaica Plain to Seaver Street. Bright costumes, live music, beauty queens, low-riders and candidates in this year’s City Council election marched along the route, cheered on by flag-waving spectators. While the parade ended at Franklin Park, the annual festival was held at the other end of Roxbury at Clifford Park.
