What changes do you think the city should make to its housing policies?

They need to lower the standards so people making less than $30,000 can afford to rent and buy homes. And there should be a community process to update the Roxbury
Master plan.

They should only build affordable housing for low-income people on public land. They should hold it off the market until the resources are there to build affordably. It’s what we did in the South End in the ’70s and ’80s.
