The Dimock Center appoints new Vice President of Human Resources

ROXBURY, MA — Dr. Tiffany C. Jadotte joined The Dimock Center as Vice President of Human Resources on March 12, 2018. In this position, Dr. Jadotte will provide strategic design, development and counselon human resources policies and programs for the total organization, including more than 500 full and part time employees.

Dr. Jadotte brings more than 10 years of health care leadership experience and strategic human resource teaching experience. Her collaborative and strategic leadership approach has successfully yielded a reputation of quality Human Resource service and delivering the highest quality of care to the community. Prior to joining Dimock, she served as the Director of Human Resources at Royal Health Group, an integrated health care system of 16 facilities specializing in: longterm care, mental health recovery, assisted living, rehabilitation and home care operating in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
