 Fur and Lingerie in Las Vegas Earlier this week, I was in Las Vegas for the International Lingerie Show, an annual event that draws hundreds of sex toy distributors, lingerie manufacturers and store owners from around the country. Like so many other things in Vegas, the show is a mix of in-your-face hypersexualization coupled with complete indifference. To paraphrase one attendee’s tweet about the show, this is the only place where an almost-nude model (and we’re talking nothing but sparkly pasties and a stick-on “strapless panty”) attracts no more than a passing glance from milling business people intent on placing a large order for men’s ass-less underwear.
