PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Public Accuracy Test for the May 4, 2010 Special General Election for registered voters in the City of East Lansing, Ingham County, has been scheduled for Friday, April 23, 2010, at 10:00 a.m., in the City Clerk’s Office located at East Lansing City Hall, 410 Abbot Road, East Lansing, MI 48823.

The Public Accuracy Test is conducted to demonstrate that the program being used to tabulate the results of the election, counts the votes in the manner that meets the requirements of the law.

All interested persons are welcome to attend.
